Ordering Process

• All order will be charged, processed and ship within 1~2 business days. Except the following:

  • For orders that have different billing and shipping address are subject to delay for address verification. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the credit card processing center.
    
  • In the event an item is out of stock or is a discontinued item, We will notify the customer.
• For cancellation of the order please call 1800-813-1109 or 714-630-1692, we do not accept emails or faxes if customer wishes to cancel the order.
  
  
• 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  
  
• All orders that need to be shipped next day air must be ordered over the phone at 1-800-813-1109
  
  
• To check on order status, please submit an email to tony@contractkillerclothing.com and include your order number, order date, name, and phone number on your email, we'll reply your email ASAP.
